Promotion of the integration of prevention in the company’s communication systems by preparing and providing the necessary specific information

Analyze business operations, market trends, and organizational structure to identify areas for improvement;Planning, analyzing and monitoring performance indicators;
Provide insights and recommendations on leadership development, change management, and operational efficiency;
Advise senior leadership on growth opportunities, and risk management;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives;
Assist in key strategic areas such as investor and board relations, competitive intelligence, business valuation and corporate development;
Support companies during periods of change, such as acquisitions, mergers, restructuring or the implementation of new systems;
Plan, coordinate, and organize meeting content and flow;
Organize and execute informative content (minutes, plans) and presentations;
Other administrative and logistical tasks inherent to the role;
Promote and follow up on cross-functional initiatives and projects;
Use logic and prioritization tactics to manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
